These Terms of Service apply to the Track.TW app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Formosa Apps (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service with optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
The Application is provided for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use. You agree to use the Application only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

Some features of the Application may require you to sign in. The Application may support sign-in through third-party providers such as Google or Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.
The Application may offer optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases, including features such as ad removal and support for ongoing development and maintenance.
Payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play, not directly by the Service Provider. Subscription prices, billing periods, trial availability, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown in the relevant store and/or within the Application before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, according to the rules of the applicable app marketplace.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
If offered, any free trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
One-time purchases are billed once and do not automatically renew.
The Service Provider may use RevenueCat or similar service providers to manage subscription status, entitlement synchronization, receipt validation, and related purchase events.
The Application may display advertisements through third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.
If you purchase a subscription or product that removes ads, ads may be disabled according to the entitlement associated with your account or device, subject to successful purchase verification and synchronization.
Your use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that certain information may be collected, used, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application may use third-party services that are subject to their own terms and policies. These may include:
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of connectivity, insufficient data allowance, carrier issues, device limitations, or operating system incompatibilities.
You are responsible for any mobile data charges, roaming charges, or other fees incurred through your use of the Application.
You are also responsible for keeping your device secure, charged, and updated. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
The Application is intended to help users track shipment and parcel information. Tracking data may be provided by third-party carriers or external services. The Service Provider does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of shipment information displayed in the Application.
You agree not to use the Application to submit false tracking information, interfere with service operation, scrape data in an automated or abusive way, or misuse shipment information belonging to others.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided through the Application will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
In any case, the total liability of the Service Provider arising out of or relating to the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Application or related purchases in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if the Service Provider decides to discontinue the Application.
Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms will end, and you must stop using the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Application after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
